We work with reliable international suppliers and fulfilment centres. Orders are processed and shipped from our global warehouses to your location in Europe, the UK or the USA.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Iceland, Finland, Denmark and the United States.

We offer Free Shipping for standard deliveries and an optional Express Shipping service for £9.90. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within approximately 7 to 15 business days across Europe and the UK. Delivery times to the USA may vary between 7 to 14 business days.

We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All transactions are processed through Stripe and PayPal with full encryption.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package on our tracking page or the carrier’s website.

Yes, customers within Europe and the UK have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt, according to EU consumer law. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team before returning your item.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
